Part time Fixed Term Contract
Metanoia Institute Hybrid (Mix office (Ealing, London) with remote working)
With our new People & Culture team in place, we’re now embarking on updating our people system. This role will be critical to ensuring that we effectively review our data, manage data quality and prepare for implementation of a new system. You'll focus on data records ahead of a new HR system and assisting the implementation through user testing ahead of launch. The work will involve digitalisation of manual records, ensuring that only the relevant data is retained, reviewing and managing electronic data records, and developing a single source of people data. The role focus is on preparation, data hygiene and implementation of a new HR system, so whilst this is a temporary four month contract, it will be a good opportunity if you're looking to add some HR experience, not least working on a new HR system, on your CV.
