Mission :
As an Employee Relations Advisor, your mission is to provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of employee relations across the UK & Ireland. You will partner with managers to navigate complex casework, including grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE, probation, and performance improvement plans, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor, offering clarity on employee relations policies and procedures and responding to queries to enable effective decision-making.
As a key member of the HR Business Partnering community, you will champion best practices, foster collaboration, and drive consistency in employee relations approaches across the region, supporting a positive and legally compliant workplace culture.

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 46,400 - GBP 69,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives . The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
