Job Summary/Objective  Sits within OEC's International HR Shared Services team, working on-site in Meriden to deliver core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle. Acts as a first point of contact for employees and managers on site, escalating anything complex or sensitive, and helping ensure that OEC's people processes, policies and documentation remain aligned with UK employment law and ACAS good-practice guidance.    Key Responsibilities & Duties (essential to the job)  Coordinating end-to-end onboarding, including right to work checks, reference checks and new starter documentation.
