We're looking for an experienced and values driven Head of Resourcing and Reward to join our People and Communications leadership team. As Head of Resourcing and Reward and a member of MHA's Senior Leadership Team, you'll provide strategic leadership across resourcing, workforce planning, reward, payroll and pensions, ensuring high quality, effective and compliant services that support MHA’s organisational priorities.
