We are looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager/Manager of People Operations for a rare and genuinely interesting opportunity with an established, privately owned operational business called Central Pharma in the Bedford area. Salary £50,000 to £55,000. This is not a role where you step into somebody else’s shoes or inherit a fully formed structure. It is an opportunity to help shape and strengthen the People function, build practical foundations, improve consistency and create a credible, hands-on people support service across the business.
