We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Learning and Development agenda across the College.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality learning culture, supporting staff development, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
You will lead the Learning and Development Strategy, design and deliver impactful programmes, and support organisational development initiatives.
You will also play a leading role in delivering key College-wide initiatives, including our Patients and Carers Conferences and Learning (Values) Days, as well as developing early careers pathways through work experience programmes and apprenticeship schemes.
Working closely with Heads of Department and managers, you will provide strategic HR input, including leading regular HR meetings and supporting performance management, employee relations and wider HR projects.
