HR Manager (EDI)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda across the College.

 

This is a strategic and operational role, responsible for developing and embedding EDI across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with senior leaders, staff fora and external stakeholders to drive meaningful and measurable progress, ensuring our people practices are

inclusive, fair and aligned to best practice.

 

You will lead on EDI strategy, governance, reporting, and inclusive workforce initiatives, while also providing expert HR advice and contributing to wider HR projects and organisational development.

£49,184 - £56,118 per annum
