We are looking for a  Recognition Partner on a 12 month fixed term basis  to lead and deliver our organisation-wide recognition agenda.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how we celebrate success, build engagement and embed a high-performance culture across a complex, fast-paced operational business.
You will work closely with leaders, People Partners and Communications to design and deliver impactful recognition initiatives that are meaningful, inclusive and aligned to our values.
What You’ll Do
Lead the delivery of the  annual recognition roadmap , aligned to our People Strategy and values
Design and implement  recognition programmes , including:
In-the-moment and manager-led recognition
Peer-to-peer initiatives
Life moments recognition
Quarterly and annual awards
Deliver the  Annual Long Service and Colleague Recognition Awards  end-to-end
Equip managers with the  tools, guidance and confidence  to recognise effectively...

Up to £52,000 depending on experience
