Fixed Term Contract - Initial 3 Months (with potential to extend up to 4 months)
Ideally starting 9 November 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly and supportive HR team on a maternity cover contract.
This role has a strong employee relations focus. You'll manage a varied caseload including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, providing practical, people-focused advice to managers and supporting them through processes from start to finish.
Alongside casework, you'll contribute to day-to-day HR activity, including responding to queries, supporting recruitment, payroll processes and general employee lifecycle administration.
Due to the short-term nature of the contract, we're looking for someone who can quickly build relationships, pick up an active caseload and make an immediate contribution to the team.
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
1 hour unpaid break.

What You'll Be Joining
We're a small, supportive HR team that works closely together and values collaboration.
While you'll be expected to manage your own caseload, you'll have regular support from two fellow HR Advisors, with opportunities to discuss cases, reflect on best practice and share learning. More complex matters can be escalated to the HR Manager for additional guidance where needed.
We have clear processes and resources in place, alongside a people-focused approach that supports managers while ensuring fairness and consistency for employees.
If you're an experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running and would enjoy being part of a friendly and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
