Fixed Term Contract - Initial 3 Months (with potential to extend up to 4 months) Ideally starting 9 November 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly and supportive HR team on a maternity cover contract. This role has a strong employee relations focus. You'll manage a varied caseload including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, providing practical, people-focused advice to managers and supporting them through processes from start to finish. Alongside casework, you'll contribute to day-to-day HR activity, including responding to queries, supporting recruitment, payroll processes and general employee lifecycle administration. Due to the short-term nature of the contract, we're looking for someone who can quickly build relationships, pick up an active caseload and make an immediate contribution to the team.
