Must be able to travel to and work from Rochford (Essex) on a weekly basis, and Taunton (Somerset) on a regular basis as needed. 

Job Description

Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across multiple business units

  • Lead and support complex change programmes, including redundancy, TUPE and restructuring
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, coaching, performance and organisational development
  • Support integration activity, including M&A-related HR work (highly advantageous)
  • Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice aligned to business goals
  • Build strong, credible relationships at all levels
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Travel regularly to sites

Annual salary of c£55k
