People Advisor (Employee Relations & Development)

Job Description

We are seeking a People Advisor (Employee Relations & Development) to join our People team at Sheffield Theatres on a fixed term basis until March 2028.

As People Advisor (Employee Relations & Development), you will partner with managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, absence and wellbeing conversations, and performance and capability issues. Alongside the employee relations elements of the role, you will coordinate training and development activity, helping to identify learning needs and organise opportunities that enable colleagues to grow and thrive in their roles.

You will be part of a collaborative and welcoming People team, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture that aligns with our approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

If you enjoy combining employee relations expertise with wellbeing and development work, and want to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and people‑focused organisation, please get in touch.
