We are seeking a  People Advisor (Employee Relations & Development)  to join our People team at Sheffield Theatres on a fixed term basis until March 2028. As  People Advisor (Employee Relations & Development) , you will partner with managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, absence and wellbeing conversations, and performance and capability issues.
