Job Description

If you’re an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations, this is your opportunity to make a real difference at LOROS. As our HR Officer for ER, you’ll take the lead on a wide range of casework, supporting managers with confident, legally informed advice that helps us maintain a fair, supportive and high‑performing workplace. From sickness and performance to disciplinary and grievance matters, you’ll be the go‑to expert guiding managers through sensitive and complex situations with clarity and compassion.

You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our people practices by improving ER processes, developing toolkits, and analysing trends to help us spot issues early and continuously improve. Working closely with managers, you’ll build capability across the organisation, ensuring our ER approach is consistent, accessible and aligned with best practice. Your insight will help shape policy, influence culture, and support wider HR projects that enhance the employee experience.

At LOROS, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative HR team in a charity that genuinely values its people. You’ll bring professionalism, resilience and a proactive mindset, and in return you’ll have the chance to grow your expertise, contribute to meaningful organisational change, and play a vital role in supporting the staff who deliver exceptional care to our community. If you’re ready to use your ER expertise where it truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
