From sickness and performance to disciplinary and grievance matters, you’ll be the go‑to expert guiding managers through sensitive and complex situations with clarity and compassion. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our people practices by improving ER processes, developing toolkits, and analysing trends to help us spot issues early and continuously improve.
