You will work in partnership with business leaders to turn the People Plan and HR strategy into practical action that supports both colleagues and business objectives. Guided by the Senior HR Business Partner, you will help create the conditions for colleagues to perform, develop and thrive.
As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with leaders, understand their priorities and workforce challenges, and provide coaching, guidance and constructive challenge to support confident decision-making.
You will translate strategic people priorities into clear, achievable plans, offering practical advice on organisational change, workforce planning and employee relations. Through your influence and partnership, you will champion consistent and effective people management practices, helping to build an inclusive, high-performing culture.
