THE JOB
To support the People Manager in the delivery of the People service specifically in relation to day-to-day transactional activities ensuring that the advice is legal and compliant.
To act as the first line contact for Line Managers and employees on all People relation matters and provide guidance and advice on managing these as required, including absence management, grievances and disciplinaries....
