About us
Zion Care is a growing, family-run care provider with 15 care homes across the North of England, the Midlands and Sussex.
We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Advisor to join our small, busy and knowledgeable HR team.
This is a true generalist role with plenty of variety. You'll have your own portfolio of care homes, working closely with Home Managers and Regional Managers and providing practical HR advice across a broad range of issues.
We're friendly, approachable and down to earth rather than highly corporate, but we take our HR advice seriously and pride ourselves on being professional, knowledgeable and practical.
About the role
No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to get involved across the full range of generalist HR, including:
Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Taking ownership of your own HR caseload, managing disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance...

£30,000–£35,000 salary, depending on experience.
