The Senior HR Advisor provides high quality HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, supporting the delivery of a fair, consistent, and legally compliant people service. This role leads on employee relations issues, coaches managers in effective people management, and contributes to wider HR initiatives that support organisational success, culture, and employee wellbeing.
HR Policy & Compliance
Act as a key advisor to line managers on people issues. Advise managers on appropriate actions, ensuring consistency with employment law and organisational policy.
Provide expert interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures; ensure managers understand and follow them.
Contribute to updating policies in line with legislative changes and best practice.
Employee Relations
Lead and manage ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, sickness absence, and capability.
