This is a pivotal hire for our business. As Head of People Development, you will report directly to the CEO / Team Principal and operate as a trusted member of the management team. We're looking for a commercially aware and genuinely people-focused HR professional to lead our HR function. This stand-alone role sits at the centre of the business and works across every department including the workshop, warehouse and logistics teams who make up roughly half of our workforce.
