Role Purpose The People Advisory Lead drives colleague performance, experience and culture by providing expert people management guidance and employee relations support. Acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees you will ensure people issues are handled promptly, effectively and consistently in line with company Values whilst proactively partnering with managers to identify and address the root causes of poor performance.
