The People & Culture Manager plays a key role in creating a connected, consistent employee experience across the UK.
Owning the operational delivery of the employee lifecycle, you'll drive continuous improvement across people processes, systems and initiatives that attract, develop and retain great talent.
As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you'll provide practical, commercially focused guidance while helping build high-performing, inclusive teams. Alongside day-to-day operations, you'll contribute to delivering the UK People & Culture plan and broader international priorities, working closely with the EVP, Head of International P&C.

Delivery and Design of People Initiatives
Implement annual people plan initiatives, aligned to UK business and International P&C strategy.
Design clear and compelling communications to promote initiatives and increase engagement.
