This is a brand new role at Aletheia Academies Trust which means you won't be following someone else's playbook. You'll be writing it. From day one, you'll have real freedom to build our recruitment process.

As our Recruitment Lead, you'll:
Own recruitment across the Trust, from first advert to first day
Get out there - recruitment fairs, careers events, social media, video content
Help shape our Teacher Training Hub pipeline, turning trainees into permanent colleagues
Work closely with Headteachers, our People and Culture team, and Finance to get every hire rightIf you're proactive, creative, and love the idea of building something from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll earn (you won't find "competitive salary” written instead of a figure on our watch!)
30 hours per week | £36,264–£39,760 FTE with an actual salary of £29,011 - £31,808
