We are bringing Head Office recruitment in-house and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape what comes next. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to develop how we attract and select colleagues, build relationships with hiring managers and create a positive experience for every candidate.

What you’ll do

• Lead Head Office recruitment from the initial vacancy briefing through to accepted offer.
• Work with leaders to understand future hiring needs and develop practical recruitment plans.
• Build talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with our Marketing team to strengthen our employer brand and create engaging recruitment campaigns.
• Coach managers in fair, inclusive and effective interviewing and selection.
• Develop useful recruitment tools, guidance and training for managers.
• Use recruitment data and candidate feedback to improve our approach.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have experience delivering recruitment campaigns and partnering with senior managers. You can balance day-to-day vacancies with longer-term planning, use data to guide decisions and confidently challenge or coach hiring managers when needed.

You’ll understand inclusive recruitment and the legal requirements that underpin fair selection. Just as importantly, you’ll be organised, curious and focused on finding practical ways to make recruitment work better for candidates and colleagues.

Experience developing an employer brand or delivering recruitment training would be particularly welcome. A CIPD or recruitment-related qualification is useful, but relevant experience matters too.
