Job Description

If you’re passionate about helping leaders grow, enjoy creating engaging learning experiences, and are curious about strengths-based approaches, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with leadership development programmes or Crucial Conversations would be a real bonus, but we’re just as interested in your energy, facilitation style and ability to bring learning to life. 

What the individual will bring: 

  • Experience working with a matrixed organisation delivering high quality learning and development content 
  • Experience using tools such as 360 feedback and psychometrics 
  • High levels of energy and team work 
  • A proactive approach to solving problems

This role sits with the People team in the Learning, Talent, and Strategic Partnering function.

The team is responsible for learning and development, apprenticeships, and strategic people partnering across the business.  

You’ll be joining a team of people who want to do their best. We strive for excellence and live by the organisational values. We work hard, and ensure that we have a healthy dose of fun whilst doing it! 

Our day to day is varied, and we work closely in collaboration with the other people functions, as well as teams within the wider organisation.

Grade NHS AfC: Band 6 - Min salary £39,959 - Max salary £48,117
