We're looking for a Reward Adviser to join YTL UK's Group Reward team. You'll help support the activities that shape how colleagues are rewarded across a diverse range of businesses while building specialist skills in one of the most interesting areas of HR.

What you'll do

Working with colleagues across HR, Finance, Payroll and the wider business, you'll help deliver key Reward activities by:

  • supporting annual pay review and bonus programmes
  • assisting with projects that improve how Reward services are delivered
  • helping ensure information is accurate, complete and well managed.

What you'll need

You might currently work in HR, Payroll, Finance, Reporting, People, Analytics or another role where organisation, accuracy and problem-solving are important. Previous Reward experience is welcome but not essential.

We're looking for someone who:

  • enjoys working with information and finding solutions
  • has strong attention to detail
  • is organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • communicates effectively with different audiences
