HR Lead, UK & Europe

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join HOIST as HR Lead, UK & Europe. This is a fully remote, UK-based role with responsibility for partnering with leaders and managers across the UK and wider European region.

This is a broad, hands-on HR role with real influence. You will provide trusted advice, support people decisions, and help shape practical HR solutions across the region. Due to the size and pace of the business, the role also requires someone who is comfortable getting involved across the full employee lifecycle and taking ownership of operational HR delivery when needed.

What You’ll Do
You will act as the regional HR partner for managers and employees, supporting day-to-day people matters while helping to build consistent, compliant, and scalable HR practices. The scope covers recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and development, employee engagement, HR reporting, compensation and benefits support, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.

You will work closely with regional leadership, global HR, Finance, and hiring managers to translate business needs into practical people solutions. This means balancing strategic input with hands-on execution, from advising leaders and improving processes to ensuring core HR activity is delivered accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong HR generalist or HRBP experience who enjoys both partnering with the business and rolling up their sleeves. You should be confident advising managers, interpreting employment standards, leading HR processes, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

What you’ll bring

• Progressive HR experience, ideally including 5+ years in generalist, HRBP, or HR leadership roles, with experience supporting managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment standards, with exposure to European employment requirements considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence, and build trusted relationships.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to balance strategic people priorities with hands-on HR delivery.

£60,000 to £65,000 GBP, depending on experience
