  • Build strong relationships with nursery teams through regular site visits, HR cafés, and cluster meetings (expensed travel to London approx. once per week).
  • Lead and support the end-to-end probation process, coaching managers to deliver effective probation reviews, address performance concerns and make informed employment decisions.
  •  Take ownership of attendance management within your regions, using data-driven insights to proactively identify absence trends, coach and support managers to improve attendance and employee wellbeing.
  • Support HR projects, audits, policy reviews, acquisitions and TUPE activities.
  • Assist the ER team with employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and conduct cases when required.
  • Coach and support managers to produce clear, professional and high-quality people management documentation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a curious, inquisitive and solutions-focused HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and making a positive difference.

You'll be someone who thrives on building relationships, developing others and finding practical solutions to people challenges. You'll also be eager to broaden your experience, gain exposure to a multi-site environment and continue developing your HR career within a growing organisation.
