Job Description
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who can combine strategic thinking with practical, hands-on support?
We’re looking for a commercially focused HR Business Partner to support our Finance and IT functions. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll translate business priorities into effective people plans, helping to strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and business performance.
Your remit will include organisational change, workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership coaching and complex employee relations. You’ll also use people data and business insight to identify risks, capability gaps and opportunities, providing constructive challenge and practical recommendations to leaders.
You’ll be an established HR Business Partner or HR Manager with strong stakeholder management skills, sound employment law knowledge and experience supporting change within a commercially focused organisation.
The role is based in our Manchester office, with three office-based days each week and occasional travel to other Greenergy sites and business locations.

What you'll earn (you won't find "competitive salary” written instead of a figure on our watch!)
£60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience
