Administrative Assistant (HR)

Job Description

The HR Team at North East Museums are looking to appoint an enthusiastic HR administrator to support the team. The post holder will be required to undertake a wide range of HR administration for both North East Museums and our Trading Company TWAM Enterprises Ltd. 

As part of a busy small team of three you will work closely with your colleagues and have opportunity to get involved and support a wide range of HR work.  

You will help with our recruitment processes, HR related procurement and administering learning and development activity. You will also assist in recording, processing and producing statistical information and  reports using Excel spreadsheets, the Newcastle City Council’s SAP HR system, ‘ilearn’ our Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems as required. 

This job role is part time for 20 hours per week.

What you'll earn (you won't find "competitive salary” written instead of a figure on our watch!)

£26,403 - £27,254 per annum, pro rata (pay award pending) actual salary £14,271 - £14,731 for 20 hours per week
