WithYou are excited to be recruiting for an experienced People Partner, focusing on projects for the People team. If you are looking to join a values-driven, forward thinking charity, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a unique partnering role that will manage and effectively deliver a variety of People initiatives and engagement strategies across the employee lifecycle, designed to bolster leadership performance via core HR procedures, championing cultural evolution and establishing our position as a preferred employer.

Your work will enable WithYou to become an employer of choice within the sector, by giving our employees the best possible experience. You will be planning, executing and monitoring all People business projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Projects you will be working on will include:

  • Leadership and management development
  • Induction
  • Essential skills for people managers
  • Appraisal and supervision
  • Succession planning
  • Employee engagement
  • Wellbeing and career pathways

This is a hugely varied role, which will allow you to work with stakeholders across the organisation, all of who will benefit from your HR knowledge and focus on projects. We’re really excited about what this role will achieve - you will be joining a supportive, hands on People function, with a true team spirit and a real dedication to our staff and clients.

This role is offered on a full time and permanent basis, working from home and with a salary of between £30,150.78 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

First stage interviews will be held remotely via Google Meet on 10th, 15th and 17th July, with second stage interviews taken place w/c 20th July.

We’d be excited to see evidence of the following in your application - please use your cover letter to tell us more about your skills, experience and knowledge:

  • Chartered member of CIPD or equivalent experience and knowledge within HR
  • Experience and knowledge of the essentials of employment law
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering multiple HR projects, with the ability to plan, identify and mitigate risk
  • Proven ability to work independently, drive change and adapt approaches
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively at all levels across an organisation
  • Ability to influence senior managers, and partner on a programme of change
  • Good ability to understand business strategy using commercial acumen to communicate a clear vision, provide direction and anticipate organisational issues
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to use and take advantage of new digital platforms and systems
