You will be encouraged to develop your knowledge of HR best practice and employment law, with support for professional development and possible CIPD study if not yet qualified.

This role is office-based on average 3 days per week during term time (scope for addition working from home during school holidays) and based primarily at the Head HR Office in Cambridge with regular travel to schools within the Trust.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous HR administrative experience or strong administrative experience in another setting.
