HR Administrator

Job Description

We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to support the GSA on the Sizewell C project.
This role provides comprehensive administrative support across onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle. The role is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with UK right-to-work legislation through regular audits and coordination with relevant authorities. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and new starters, the position supports onboarding and site integration, including arranging IT, medicals, and necessary equipment. In addition, it covers general HR administration such as drafting contracts, processing employee changes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting employee integration, ensuring all administrative processes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

The salary banding for this role is between £26,437 - £28,000 based on previous experience.

This role also attracts a 15% project uplift which is paid monthly.
