Role Summary
This HR leadership role is responsible for delivering the Oxalis Logistics Group People Plan, reporting to the HR Director supporting the people strategy and providing expertise, guidance and support across all employee and union relations. You’ll balance strategic input with hands on leadership, embedding our values in every decision and interaction and support all stages of the colleague life cycle.

Up to £71,500 per annum including Car/ Car allowance, bonus + competitive benefits
Package includes:
Basic annual pay of up to £65k
Bonus of up to 10% of salary
Life Assurance (2 x Salary)
Pension Scheme with Employer Contributions of 6%
33 days holiday rising to 38 days with service
