This role is to work with both the companies at Beaulieu (3), which is the home of the National Motor Museum, a Treasure House and home of Lord and Lady Montagu in the heart of the New Forest.
We require an HR Manager interim to support the Senior Management team with OD including review of roles and responsibilities, TUPE and managing that process for employees potentially transferring internally by TUPE and any potential exits.
You will be there to drive the process of restructuring and consultation, (there are no unions), organisation of employees and looking at the potential needs of the Museum and Beaulieu Enterprises.
This role is also supported by an HR Advisor working in BEL across all organisations who is currently responsible for Recruitment, Training and HR support including the administration of the payroll for checking by the HR Manager.
Skills required:
Organisational Design and implementation
Employment Relations experience particularly around redundancy, consultation or change of roles.
TUPE experience from “organisation to organisation” and ensuring both sides of the transferor and transferee are compliant, including, consultation and contracts and measures if appropriate.
Tact and diplomacy and an assured, positive manner to ensure that the relevant legislation is adhered to and that any process is smooth and courteous with the employee in mind.
Ability to work autonomously and negotiate the politics of working across three organisations with shared Directors but different agendas.
HR Generalist experience to continue to manage the HR function across the companies.
Clean Driving Licence and ability to travel as we are remote and not accessible by public transport.
