Beaulieu is the 7000 acre estate owned by Lord Montagu of Beaulieu, which includes a large country house, ancestral home of the Montagu’s plus, Beaulieu Village, Beaulieu river and a large Yacht harbour.  On the Visitor attraction there is the National Motor Museum which is home to the Montagu collection of historic vehicles, plus a monorail and several thousand artefacts in the collection. there is also the land including forestry,  rental cottages (over 100), farms, nature reserve and coastline and woods and livestock management

HR Manager Interim - New Forest - 6-12 months contract potential 3 days pw £55K FTE

This role is to work with both the companies at Beaulieu (3), which is the home of the National Motor Museum, a Treasure House and home of Lord and Lady Montagu in the heart of the New Forest. We require an HR Manager interim to support the Senior Management team with OD including review of roles and responsibilities, TUPE and managing that process for employees potentially transferring internally by TUPE and any potential exits.  You will be there to drive the process of restructuring and consultation, (there are no unions), organisation of employees and looking at the potential needs of the Museum and Beaulieu Enterprises. This role is also supported by an HR Advisor working in BEL across all organisations who is currently responsible for Recruitment, Training and HR support including the administration of the payroll for checking by the HR Manager. We offer: Up to £55K FTE - pro-rata FTE is 37.5 hrs per week so we envisage 22.5 hrs pw to start
