We’re looking for a Resourcing Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract (with the potential to go permanent) at a pivotal time for the business. With a significant capital investment programme underway, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our pubs are talent‑ready ahead of investment, supporting smooth openings and long‑term success.
Working closely with our Recruitment Managers, Attraction team and People Partners, you’ll own the resourcing and pipelining strategy aligned to planned investment activity in our pubs. This is a highly proactive role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships early and thinking several steps ahead.
This is a hybrid role, partially based at Marston’s Head Office in Wolverhampton, with travel across our pub estate as required.
