Role Overview:
The Senior People Partner will act as a strategic business partner to the Chief Finance Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Service Management Director and General Counsel, as well as acting as HR for HR.
The role will support with the delivery of a highâperformance culture, supporting functions to deliver against the medium – long-term strategic ambitions. The sector is fast paced and demanding so the successful incumbent will need to be resilient, cope well with ambiguity and be experienced in balancing multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of people practice to ensure they are well placed to effectively support leaders through periods of change.
The role requires a handsâon, pragmatic People leader who is comfortable operating in an agile environment and balancing pace with compliance.
