About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused People Advisor to join our and make a real impact.  Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive, engaging workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. 

You’ll be a trusted partner to managers and team members, offering clear practical advice on people matters while ensuring everything we do is fair, consistent, and compliance.

This is a varied hands-on role where you’ll get involved in everything from onboarding and employee relations to performance and engagement initiatives.  You’ll also work closely with senior leaders and support key activities like events, travel, and reporting, making a visible difference across the business.

What you’ll need…

  • Previous experience in an HR/People Advisor or Employee Relations role (or at least 3 years in a similar position).
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practice and UK employment law.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with HR systems (HRIS), learning platforms and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyse people data and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Confidence supporting and advising managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Experience supporting engagement initiatives such as surveys, wellbeing activities or recognition programmes.

What you'll earn (you won't find "competitive salary” written instead of a figure on our watch!)

Between £30,000 - £40,000
