We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our people team delivering a quality, solution-focussed service for our organisation.​This is a fantastic opportunity for you to diversify your skills and experience delivering key aspects of our People Strategy across all parts of the business.​

As a senior member of the People Team, you will deliver a proactive, professional HR service to the business, working closely with our leaders to identify people priorities, create people plans and solutions, deliver organisation wide people projects, and be a key point of expertise on people matters. 

What we are looking for:​

  • ​CIPD graduate membership or equivalent experience (Level 7), and evidence of recent CPD 
  • Previous experience in a professional HR role
  • Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, including a proven track record of change management and dealing with complex ER issues.
  • ​Extensive experience and confidence in advising​and influencing senior stakeholders, with a proven track record of change management and positively challenging thinking​
  • Personal resilience, curiosity and a strong values‑led approach, leading on strategic people projects, and engagement with stakeholders.

£43,982 per annum (35 hours per week)
