Job Overview: The People Advisor provides professional, practical and proactive HR support to managers and employees across the business in both the UK and South Africa. The role is responsible for advising on employee relations matters, supporting people processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies, and contributing to the delivery of key HR initiatives that support organisational objectives.  Duties and Responsibilities: Employee Relations  Provide first line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of people-related matters for employees both in the UK and South Africa.  Support and advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance management cases.  Attend formal meetings as a HR representative, providing guidance on process and employment legislation.  Assist in conducting...
