About the role: You'll report to our Head of People and work closely with our People Partner and a fellow People Advisor covering our Northern sites. Supporting, coaching and upskilling people managers across our national bodyshops (predominantly Southern England/ London region) to confidently handle a variety of people issues, including employee relations, using manager toolkits, constructive challenge and tailored training.
