We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Learning and Organisational Development to strategically lead and shape the learning and development function across our specialist education group, supporting schools and central teams nationwide.  Our 15 schools are located across England, from Liverpool to the Hampshire borders. The role will see you work flexibly across schools as well as our corporate hubs in Uxbridge, Birmingham and High Peak.  While experience within education, particularly in a senior leadership role such as Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher, would be beneficial, the most important requirement is demonstrable success in leading a similar Learning & Development function to develop organisational capability.
