Job description
HR policy lead: Â as our HR Policy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in a key project focused on reviewing and developing a suite of cutting-edge HR policies, processes, and toolkits. Your contributions will directly contribute to improving our managers' capabilities and elevating our overall employee experience over the next 12 months.
Full policy cycle ownership : you will have end-to-end responsibility for the policy cycle, including evidence collection, design, consultation, and implementation. In addition, you will conduct thorough equality considerations when necessary.
