Role Purpose The Senior People Operations Coordinator sits at the heart of the People team, making sure the day-to-day employee life cycle administration runs well. This role oversees a small team of HR administrators owning our core HR systems and processes and acting as a point of contact for managers and colleagues across the organisation.
