We’re looking for an experienced People Administration Manager to lead and develop our People Administration function at ETEL. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role ensures the consistent, accurate and efficient delivery of people-related administrative services across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in enabling an exceptional colleague experience across the entire employee lifecycle, acting as a central point of coordination for people data, systems, processes and workflows. Leading a small team, you’ll champion service excellence, continuous improvement, confidentiality and alignment with ETEL’s values.
