From supporting managers through ER cases to running recruitment end-to-end, driving our D&I agenda, and championing our HR systems, this role has breadth, purpose, and genuine development opportunities.
What you'll do:
Advise and support managers on everything through ER cases to performance management
Own end-to-end recruitment, from job descriptions to onboarding
Championing our HRIS systems and delivering meaningful HR data
Driving our Diversity, Inclusion and wellbeing agenda
You'll be a great fit if you have:
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)
Solid UK employment law knowledge
Experience in a generalist...
