We're Foster & Gamko, the UK's refrigeration experts. We are part of the ITW Group. We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and make a real impact across the full employee lifecycle.
From supporting managers through ER cases to running recruitment end-to-end, driving our D&I agenda, and championing our HR systems, this role has breadth, purpose, and genuine development opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Advise and support managers on everything through ER cases to performance management
- Own end-to-end recruitment, from job descriptions to onboarding
- Championing our HRIS systems and delivering meaningful HR data
- Driving our Diversity, Inclusion and wellbeing agenda
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)
- Solid UK employment law knowledge
- Experience in a generalist or advisory HR role
- A proactive, can-do approach and an eye for detail
What you'll earn (you won't find "competitive salary” written instead of a figure on our watch!)
£36,000 - £41,000 a year
