·      To act as a HR Manager, developing positive relationships to directly support the Director and managers within the Country
·      Ensuring that the people plans are aligned with the Country, Overland and Rhenus group HR objectives
·      To keep appraised of internal and social developments, maintaining full compliance with any legal requirements
·      To provide support, advice and guidance to the management team and employees in respect of all HR related topics
·      To develop and support the division with its recruitment strategy and onboarding of new talent
·      To identify, develop and deliver talent programs to allow for internal growth and development, reviewing both operational and leadership requirements
