We are an established marketing agency with offices in Leeds and London, employing around 50 people. We are looking to appoint a hands-on HR Manager to lead and develop our people function.
This is a standalone, generalist role with the opportunity to shape and embed effective HR practices across the business. You will work closely with the leadership team to support our people, strengthen our culture, and ensure we have the right structures in place for continued success.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as the lead for all HR activity across the business
Managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, policies, and compliance
Supporting managers with performance management, development, and people matters
Leading recruitment and onboarding activity
Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies, and systems
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture
Payroll management
